Does the size of the kitchen matter in a rental?

My experience has been people are less concerned with kitchen size and are much more interested in the storage situation in the kitchen (heck, it matters in general): are there enough cabinets for their food and cooking-related items?

Problems come into play when we have a tenant who doesn't know what clean means, or that they need to call us when there is a leak, or that the garbage belongs outside and cat food in a bowl - stop feeding the mice already.
