I better get smart, or I'll blink my eyes and find myself old(er) and broke(er).I know I am not alone.  

There are some smart people on those sites, but many of them spent 10+ years in school making very little money, have little practical experience in the business world, and then preach to people on the sites like they know what they're talking about.  

I am able to find good tenants by posting an ad on zillow or postlets and then screening them using "smart move" a credit screening service.
