My property is not on the market yet, but my video walkthrough of the house went well, the closing was easy, and I'm using my agent to keep my PM in check and vice versa. 

I think the WiseGuysInTies video on velocity banking is the best resource out there to learn about how you can pay down debt fast and efficiently while allowing for investment opportunities to come along the way.

They also edited my listing and took out my youtube link to the video walk-through in the description portion of the listing.

Ended up finding archive videos of past town hall meetings and the schedule for future meetings.

Any photos or video of the condition of the apartment when you moved out?

Duly noted.Yesterday I was watching a Grant Cardone Video were he said that if he purchases a 6 cap property, then with value play can move this cap rate up to 8, for example and I dont understand this.
