Has anyone know we’re I can go learn About some home improvements like YouTube videos or blogs i’m a city boy and most this is foreign to me thanks.

This  post that you made inspired me to do a YouTube video on the differences between good wholesalers and bad wholesalers.

I read soMany books, listened to thousands of hours of podcasts, endless YouTube videos on basically all aspects of real estate investing, and everything in between.

I’ve seen a lot of videos about 17 year olds that have done wholesaling ( Jacob Blank & Willie Coleman ) and they both say to set up an LLC with someone of age and I have an 18 yo brother.

If you can share any of the videos we created that can be found on you Straight Up Chicago Investor Podcast You Tube page that would be awesome. 

I occasionally post educational videos about Real Estate and will soon have multifamily deals. 

@Charles Barengo, there's a lot of good information out there in the form of podcasts, books, videos, etc.

My husband and I recently made the commitment to start investing in real estate and have really been face first into all the books, podcasts, YouTube videos and articles lately.

You would be wise to have some very trusted boots on the ground who can provide you project video updates several times a week or you'll end up making payments with no work or at a minimum, shoddy work being done.
