With the other types, I have seen seams come up, come apart from dirt and water damage (picture an icemaker or dishwasher leak that the tenants didn't bring to you b/c they thought they damaged it) and when trying to replace a plank or two - the color never matches.

The suit between your buyer and another lender may carry a bit of concern with another lender too, the nature of that needs to be known, if the institution lost and was clearly involved in some illegal or bad practice, it may be overlooked, if there were contributory issues on their part and in the end, they won, it may be viewed differently.

There are still people who believe the government and our banking industry are here to help us and that Santa Claus is real…I just don’t happen to be one of them because the overwhelming evidence shows just the opposite and I too old to start wearing rose colored glasses.Fortunately, I have well versed attorney’s (defined as those with jurisprudence degrees and decades of real world experience) who guide me so I don’t have to depend on theorists.
