HelloI'm looking at a property that's for sale locally. 21% of ownership is investors and they are delinquent on their HOA dues.

I only have to do another 640 million in annual sales here locally to over take them :)  Anyway I am closing on a 90 lot project beginning of December and if we can keep the velocity going that should move me up into the top 20.. 

Also, there is a site called TinyHouseListings dot com that lists new and used Tiny Homes for sale.

I have a property under contract but I haven't had anyone look over my assignment contracts or my purchase of sale agreement to make sure that they are good to go for the state of West Virginia.

This property first record of purchase on Zillow is 9/1999 selling at $89,500, indicating a 21.82% appreciation rate at the current sale price, including factoring in a 51% drop in value when sold in 2010.

You need a contract signed by the buyer and all current owners... also referred to as a Purchase and Sale Agreement or PSA. 

The previous lease converted to a month-to-month and it transfers with the sale of the property.
