I just don't see what sort of negative ramifications could come from this lol.

My business was 100% reliant 90 days ago on meeting people at their homes - I flat stopped that, because the risk of infection is negatively asymmetric (the harm could be completely disproportionate to any potential return).  

I know the programs get a lot of negative feedback, but they have a helpline that I use multiple times a week to review offers and get feedback on my ability.

If I am asked for references and it is negative I simply say I would not rent to them and don't give a reason why.
