Not sure if I understand your numbers correctly, but if you have equity in your main home you can always refinance and take out cash and use that as a down payment for the next house.Before you decide to move on to another property it is very important that you have a reserve to cover around 3-6 months of the rental expenses for each rental. 

Its an inspiring story and I have known others that have worked like a dog all their life with little to show for it at retirement, mainly because they consistently put some money aside via a "financial planner" which is a euphemism for "bookie" in my humble opinion.  

Ideal neighborhoods: Vic Village, Harrison West, German Village, Italian Village.Wish to deal with an experienced investment agent specifically. 

We mainly do in state owners, so we wanted to make sure we were providing the best service for that 6% management fee. 

The main exceptions would be people that inherited or bought the houses extremely cheap.There are a lot of ways you can acquire that next property.
