You can google it for more specific information on how it's done but house hacking can be a bit tricky so it might be worth getting a cpa with expertise in real estate to help.

@Jay Hinrichs Truthfully, this type of deal is way out of my league of expertise at this stage of the game and wouldn't even know where to start unless I brought in a more experienced partner to share the deal.
