I’m from Maryland and looking to invest in my first STR in Tampa area… With so many restrictions on areas for str, I need some boots on the ground assistance.

Im taking the multifamily boot camp and on the first module for "homework" you have to fill out a target market info sheet.

I also would make sure this person is boots on the ground for where you want to invest.

Make sure you find an agent or boots on the ground to help you understand the market.   

i know someone who could be 'boots on the ground' for you in philly if you decided to invest there. i'm located in MA, and just started investing in chicago (closed on a 13-unit there in july). long distance has been good to me so far, as cashflow has gotten really hard to find in my area. would be happy to talk shop about long distance REI anytime or support you however you need!

Start networking with boots on the ground and don't waste time with anything else.
