I work with a lot of investors who feel they need to jump into multi-family properties because they hear it at seminars or read in books how well those properties can cashflow.

About being a landlord, I'm definitely not a fan of that, but I was encouraged to try it for a while since my strategy is to buy and rent, because it would help me differ good and bad management companies, since I'm clueless.
