Now that rates are back up to about 7%, it will be interesting to see if pending homes sales continue to increase.

No clogged toilets, no drippy faucets, burners that quit working, painting to spruce up the place.

I'm currently looking for my 3rd, and I have noticed the market picking back up.

You certainly need different options and sometimes banks will change their tolerances for loans of this nature so you also need multiple lenders as backup options as well. 

I'm considering the trailer park idea, and that would be my backup plan if the RV park underperforms. 

If I screw it up on the firs purchase it will take several more years to get back up and going for another try. 

@AJ SatcherAnother major expense was that 6 month’s after purchasing our 4 unit house hack, we had a sewer backup, rented a snake from Home Depot, and ran 75 feet through 3 times, didn’t clear.

I’m currently working on building my credit back up and saving.

But have them as a backup.
