Well on this particular project, I did with my father ( to bond, we don't have much in common so I thought this would be good) He wanted to choose the contractor and he found a good company.

The 4 unit is grand fathered in and all 4 units are legal units.  

The property is already approved with permits to develop a 7800 sqft home,Even though this is out first time doing our OWN luxury development, my father has about 20 years of overseeing ultra luxury developments from start to finish in NYC.
