Through no fault of my own, the Venice market has been pretty hot lately.

It's hard to find stuff that doesn't match those colors unless you really go crazy and start throwing hot pink and neon colors everywhere.

New kitchen, bathrroom, roof, hot water heater, heating system and roof.

And, as to investors running around trying to get investors or sellers to give non-recourse financing, if that deals blows up my bet is that you'll be in hot water if there are significant losses.

It would be cool to install solar panels on top of all your rental properties and make additional passive income off them by charging the tenant for what they use and whatever else you sell back to the grid!

This in turn depends on numerous factors: how hard the homes are to sell, how much marketing they need, what the typical commission is in the area, how hot the area is, etc.One word of advice: pigs get fat but hogs get slaughtered.

Was it on one of these fora that there was a thread about trees being cut from one yard to allow the sunlight to strike the solar panels in another yard?

I hear it's hot in those areas and they are growing fast.
