To do this, I need to show my dad first hand that real estate can be extremely profitable if properly executed.With that being said, I'm writing this post to seek ideas for information I should include in the presentation, as well as any pros/cons/stories regarding the above options and real estate investing in general.

This is mostly why I've just decided to try to take this into my own hands and destroy their name if the legal system won't work.

Basically - do you have to have the property in hand first, or will hard money lenders make the loan contingent upon the property going under contract?  

These are not the guys I hand off to acquaintances who ask for recos, because while I can get good work out of them, I'm not sure if other employers would be so hands on -- and a hands off employer might not get the same good results.I guess saving money by acting as my own GC means doing some of the things a GC does.

I was wondering if there was anyone in the central Florida area that I can learn directly and hands on from, so I can begin wholesaling myself when I turn 18 (on 11/01), I would appreciate any help I could get!
