They seem ambivalent about the damages they have inflicted upon me and do not respond to my inquiries.Has anyone here had a similar issue from the owner or property manager perspective?

Thanks to everyone who has responded to my question about square footage. 

Once they responded with their contact info, I followed up with an email and explained where to send the rent, etc.

As others have responded you can refinance an FHA loan once it has "seasoned".
