I would give them negative reviews on all review sites. and demand the property manager return the money due to me you sold the property and all contracts went with the property so the new owner is liable to the PM not you. go after the new owner for the remaining amount owed to you. good luck.

If you're in a high density neighborhood, I would suggest renting the spaces is not ideal - - you're actually creating a negative marketing situation, where down the street spaces come with the units, but not yours :thumbs down:I have lockable garages with my MFU and most only come with car ports - - I win as they can serve as onsite, free storage units.Every amenity is a marketing advantage.

all very good advice. add to that a trip to www.annualcreditreport.com. by federal law, you are entitled to one free credit report from all 3 agencies each year. this is where you can get it. and, yes, it is free as opposed to the free credit reports websites which are anything but free. in this website, you can dispute any negative information that you do not agree with. many peoples credit report will contain things that are not theirs. these agencies are NOT accurate by many means. they mix up stuff with people with similar names, close social security numbers, etc. go to the website and check things out, you can improve your score easier than you think. and, by all means, please accept and use the advice of the people who have answered you back prior to myself. it is good advice

If you want to do a short sale but have never been delinquent, have no trouble making payments, and do NOT want the bank to forgive the difference, but allow you to make arrangements to pay it off (assume as a loan or something)- would it still report negatively on your credit?
