I even got a agent to show her another 1 bedroom apartment but she refused to move there claiming the apt unit which the agent showed her has 2 flights of stairs and she needs something on the ground floor level.

We're positive they pocketed at least $8k from the filming.This has me in an uproar, but I truly believe now it could cause more problems than its worth to bring it up or seek legal retribution for the fraud they've committed and know there are other options.Anyway, I'd be grateful to hear whatever expert or experienced advice is available through this forum!

The property is on San Juan Island in Friday Harbor. that is part of my hesitation, that any "boots on the ground" on that island is proving to be very difficult to get anything done everyone is on "island time" and are very expensive so the maintenance I feel will be my biggest headache.
