The rooter guy says they can be cleaned with the rooter, the jetter guy says rooting doesn't work but they can be jetted and the plumbing contractor says neither of those will work they have to be replaced with plastic.I'm not expecting any trouble like this but forewarned is forearmed.

I tell him 1) None of the other tenants have any mold issues, nor have they ever, it's his responsibility to vent the room and clean the walls. and 2) I'll have someone come out and inspect it.

If your current objective is to explore other markets for possible investments, I suggest you get methodical about it.

If you are busy with another job those methods are probably not what you are after.

@Todd Gilfoy depending on the price point and the quality of the flips you plan to do depends on the locations and methods of acquiring the properties you will use.  

It is only refundable if a clean title can not be provided.
