Its a great site with lots of helpful posters and there is a ton of information on this site where I have barely scratched the surface.A little introduction on my real estate investment journey.

Once you find one you like, ask them to name a few wholesalers they have done a lot business with, their favorite clients, and maybe charm them into getting you an introduction.

When you show up and ask for something, providing no background and no introduction, people generally do not feel very eager to assist?
