I'm all about learning from others' experiences and would greatly appreciate any insights, stories, or tips you're willing to share.

In my experience it is market dependent, however assuming it's in a relatively populated area it always seems that there is demand for someone looking to rent a room at a certain price. 

And my husband and I have both had *horrible* landlord experiences in California in the past, and we just don't want to deal with California's renting atmosphere.

I also feel I have the kind of experience/education to ensure a successful experience for all involved. 

This requires about seven permits to shut down a four-lane street for over a week, with an estimated cost of $60,000 due to the need to dig 12 feet deep.I’m reaching out to this community to ask if anyone has faced a similar infrastructure challenge or has experience dealing with such extensive utility work.

I don't have any real life experience with building or developing, so excuse my lack of knowledge. 

It would be best to get it from friends and familyThose with little experience are struggling to raise money (I am in a group with 20+ syndicators and everyone is raising less and those who are first timers are basically drying up after first $500k-$1M)As mentioned syndication route would be your best bet but make sure to have a great plan in place on what you are going to do and how you will exit
