These people rented it through AirBNB. 

I know this leaves money on the table but most of my tenants stay for many years and all have been respectful of my property.

What are people doing for real estate in this 2024 market?! 

Then half of those don't probably don't make sense ROI wise for most people, and maybe 1/2 of what's left you can rule out due to location or some other factor.#4 While I am sure there are plenty of people that do it, the worst situations I see are investing with friends. 

They don't appear to employ real people in their customer service dept and I don't have the patience for Bots.....2.

We're passionate about taking care of peoples investment properties as if they were our own. 

I was going to do that I was must trying to see if people had come up with a certain way around my two downfalls right now.

Hey @Michael Jessie,Something that I haven't seen many people do, but it's so efficient on the disposition side of my business, is to network and connect with active agents in the area.

Secondly, getting involved and getting around people actually doing deals that you can bounce situations off of will help tremendously as you're on this journey.

Are there industries in the area that will bring people and jobs?
