The reason I am asking is because I see some members mentioning how much they saved by having the license but on the other hand it seems like having a license restricts the flexibility in any deal you are able to make.

I know there are BP members with strong legal backgrounds that would be of some service in this post.Anyone?

I have not used them directly but a few members of my REIA have used them.

Scott their rep, travels down to our local investor group every month, and several members use them.

Have a family member with an excellent credit history add you to their account as an Authorized User.

Who are the members of MY team in this area?

I just don't get it that most Republicans insist on identifying with a group that they should be fully aware that they are not a member of.

A family in this area that requires that many bedrooms may spell trouble with a bunch of out of control kids or several family members who sit around with no job and plenty of weed.Note a 7 bedroom house in a nice neighborhood but with only 1-2 bathrooms is 'functionally obsolete' and will be a hard sell as well.

As a prior Air Force member I also had to figure out how to invest and serve at the same time, and while it presents some challenges, it also presents some unique opportunities.
