More heads in beds usually yields more.Having said that you could list the 2 bed separately and the whole thing as well as the 5 bedroom.

Things like taking out walls and changing floor plan are the kind of projects that will get you in over your head as a beginner and/or someone with a hesitant partner.all that aside, there's another important element to what you said that I want to call out...

There is also a limit on how many primary residence mortgages one person can have, but I can't remember that number off the top of my head...perhaps it's 10?

It is not uncommon for a travel nurses to stay in the mtr only while they work their consecutive shifts and head back home.

With the way the economy seems to be headed at a global level, along with the threats of hiking interest rates, coupled with the additional price increases of everyday goods and gas, it might be wise to take in a profit while the window is open.  

Constantly keep educating yourself about anything and everything related to your goal—this will help motivate you to achieve them and drive you to each them faster.Find what’s best for you but those are some quick suggestions off the top of my head!
