So it is good if you also participate in the experience of emotions that come with being a landlord,  From shock to great pride for a job well done.

You can't make an emotional decision of other people's circumstances but you can make an informed one.

@Anh Nguyen You are making the common mistake of using agents that focus on primary residences, which are bought with emotion, versus agents focused on investments, which are bought with ROI.Less than 5% of agents, in our experience, even know how to calculate ROI or a CAP Rate!

If you are looking to flip, that gets a little dicier as the market is hot in a lot of areas and so it is critical to make your money when you buy as there is a lot of emotional buying happening now in the 'hype'.  

They are market driven and not emotional.

Emotionally I feel it's time for my siblings to "grow up" - they are each 35+ years old and shouldn't be a drain on my father at this stage in his life.

Be aware of the people who try to sneak in a pet as a service animal, emotional support animal or companion animal pretending to have a qualified disability or pretending the animal is a qualified to provide a necessary function related to their disability.

I have had to understand that to become successful for many. especially those that use the Internet their way to become successful and do it by taking advantage of others and know how to be successful by making emotional or fearful sales.
