I'd also highly recommend that you look into NARPM.org for education and leads.

First step is to educate yourself on the business and financial requirement to get funding.

I think you'll find it just might finance the rest of your college education. 

That way I had multiple contacts/referrals in case something fell through, especially with contractors.When it comes to your questions, I personally scoured the interwebs like this site, podcasts/youtube, and others forms of educational media to gain a foundation of understanding and there is a pleurae of book recommendations as well people can always provide. 

I am getting a very interesting education on these assets and the statute of limitations especially on lines of credit are very important to understand.Just curious if anyone plays in this space and can share some experience as well
