Team, i have a property that requires work in floorboards, interior upgrades, and a outside water drainage repair/install. i wanted to do owner financing as there is no lien against it.

I wanted to run this past the community to make sure I am covering the bases properly and see if there are any holes in my logic.

Cut a new hole in the door around where the damage is and fit it with a vent cover/diffuser.

If it's below ground, you'll need to add a window well with a drainage system (I did this for one of my properties) which cost a lot more, but at my current place it was much cheaper because the basement level was technically at grade and didn't require the window well. 

After a rain storm there are pot holes every where and roads can go up and down inches to literally feet just from swelling clay.. this also break the pipes.

There are some huge financial holes in this state's and city's budget that there is only one way they will be able to address and thats through significantly raising taxes.
