Are you looking for a certain cash on cash return, or certain debt service ratio for on the rentals, or is the out of pocket cost due to the prices that's the problem?

For cash flow most of my clients look for residential multifamily (2-4 units).

We have helped many clients purchase a primary home and rental property and have helped with the ADU process.

I am not sure if there has been a change of mgmt or something else so wanted to get a POV from other potential clients of theirs.

This way in 30 short days you can have an attorney or eviction service file for tenant holding over and get him out that way.
