Many are the 50k-70k, 3 bed 1 bath and rent well for $450-$600 with a little a bit of polish.

I want to know what type of property, what investment strategy you are interested in, how many beds, baths.  

I'm betting they aren't getting many showings either because 99.99% of buyers use #beds as a search criteria.Spend a couple hundred bucks and get pro photos.

For example you can say "rent is $2000 for this 3 bed 2 bath" and that might be true in DC or other major city but if you live in augusta Ga people are just going to laugh at you.
