Was just in beautiful San Diego for 3 days vacation with my family, so I didn't see the posts until now.

I have beautiful investment property in Saratoga Springs, NY.

If you go down 11th and Sheridan its beautiful.  9th and Sheridan over to 7th can be rough, especially at night.  

yeah I'm trying my best :)   looks like you have some good plans of your own that suits you  :)  everyone has their own journey and that's part of the beauty of it all! 

It's an up and coming area full of beautiful old bungalows, we have some of the best restaurants and breweries in Tampa and a very colorful and artsy culture among the residents.

My question is, should I continue looking in North Hollywood, or should I focus more on Santa Clarita which is way further out from my work and pretty much everything else in LA but with beautiful new properties that are much cheaper?

I have been very fortunate thus far and have a beautiful wife, 2 young daughters, a healthy body, a career that many would consider very good, but I don't have a passion for my work.I recently read Rich Dad Poor Dad (surprise surprise!) 

Have been involved in the construction industry since 1976 as a residential and commercial contractor, specializing in residential remodeling and commercial hair and nail salons.I carry certifications as; home inspection, mold inspection (both residential & commercial), mold remediation, UST/AST.Since 2012, have been associated with a large investment group rehabbing 2 to 3 properties per month.

The beauty of being disciplined enough to save  is the  options it gives you.Neither option sounds foolish to me.
