You can still (allegedly) evict for other violations, particularly if they are destroying your property.

However, most of this data is outdated and incorrect.There are pay sites to get more data, sites like PropStream can give you a lot of data.You can then pay to have the records skip traced through any number of providers.The brokerages will not offer you that information, that would be a violation of their policies.
