Not impossible, but be sure your buyer is aware of what's happening and makes their lender aware.Right now many buyers are using FHA loans.

Those types of fundamental changes could make it impossible to generate a positive cash flow in the rental business and would necessitate selling.When to sell becomes a much more difficult task if you're speculating on appreciation, especially if you buy a property with negative cash flow.

They explained to us that it is almost impossible to arrange a direct property to property exchange, that we would have to sell and buy within the allotted time period only.Also they said it is practically impossible to arrange a contingency sale.

In mine if a person breaks the lease they lose their security deposit, have to pay me $250 for me to file the eviction, pay all my attorney costs on top of that, pay the remainder of the lease - even if it's 6 months, are responsible for any damages I find and give me the right to use the court system to seize their property, vehicles and bank accounts to recover my costs.
