True wholesalers do not need BP market place. they simply sell to the turn key guys in the markets they are in, or to rehabbers.what you have is a bunch of newbie types that learn on the open forum side then default to market place to try to sell things, so your not getting the true players in the industry in the market place by and large..

Hey everybody, My name is Matt and I am completely new to the real estate industry looking to learn as much as I can.

Coming from the Midwest, we had been hoping to find an old industrial building or warehouse ideally on a waterway, for easy conversion (5000+ sf base area, 20+ ft height or multiple floors, drive-up/drive-in access), but are clearly very late to the party.

Now after five years of working in the aerospace industry I am looking to pursue real estate investing once more.

Lexington is just a great market and Georgetown has a lot of industry including Toyota and a bunch of factories that make parts for toyota kinda setting Georgetown apart from other bedroom communities. 

I think that is one of the main attractions of the industry.

I think this relationship is becoming unhinged as the wealthiest are taking the lion's share of profits from Fed-driven inflation and government spending, with wage-earners and tenants enjoying a tiny and declining portion of the new economic activity.This poses a dilemma for the real estate industry.

I am wanting to learn as much as I can about the industry so that I can make the best decisions.
