Hello and good day BP family hope you all are having an incredible start to your day.I wanted to put this post out to see if any of you are scaling a door knocking team in your respective markets and see maybe some tips and speed bumps you have met in doing so?

., Reverse the thought process and you might find it easier - NYC is an incredible sellers market. 

Speaking of fanfare I'm bringing my camera to BPcon and some high end lenses so I'll make sure you look incredible for the photoblog I'm going to do about the trip ;)  Just don't be like Mindy, who would not cooperate and I now I only have a stack of blackmail-able embarrassing photos of her.

I know I'm not even hitting the 1% rule, but the properties are in an area of town that's incredibly predictable and vacancy is not a worry. 

And this was confirmed by someone I know that works for the town, also I went to school there and know this is a very popular street for college kids. 

Location was incredible.

It is proven to be incredibly durable and imprint-resistant for heavy furniture.

I am guessing that their popularity can be attributed to the fact that most people own houses and are familiar in operating those?
