Real estate transactions or loans are quite dynamic in process and protocols and of course the human element.

Nobody explained about the massive amounts of human, possum, raccoon, cat poop.

What good did the credit report do for this situation.We got burned a few time, but we do very well by evaluating everyone like they are a human being and not we don't call them APPLICANTS.

Reasonable process is to act like a reasonable human and go knock on the door of the house you just purchased.  

After a year, they have more confidence a new, higher appraisal truly reflects market value than a new appraisal after only a few months.You're of course right, Jon, but it's kind of absurd when you consider that this is what fix-and-flip folks do all day long.

I know it sounds high, but it's cheaper to evict a human tenant than a gopher tortoise.

I have a client house hacking a 4-unit with 3 kids under the age of 5.I mean, it can be done.The vast majority of the billions of humans who ever lived spent their lives in close quarters with their kin in what we would call shacks.

Just wanted to post a warning out there they have a demo version and if you forget to unsubscribe they'll just continue to take your money.They also don't make it easy to unsubscribe, you need to contact them and have a human do it.Pretty shady business tactic IMO.
