a developer?

Its because the game has changed and there are investors, like myself, that aggressively go and find the deals.

But of course i'm interested in developing my own projects eventually one day.

I'd be way ahead of the game if someone just told me year ago that's how to get rich.

I have done developing in my area and investing all over.

Now developing increased financial responsibility with what they currently have and with what they will have, will insure that this increased income will not leave just as quickly as it came, but I am just not sure that topping out a 401K or paying off all your debts is the most efficient and effective way for everyone to get ahead.

I know I'll get laughed out and booted out the door, but it's a numbers game right?

My initial goals centered around developing my passive income to a point that I could live comfortably ($4,000 per month) without having to work much (less than 40 hours a week) and without having to work for someone else.

I have been working with some partners recently developing a new program similar to Lonnie's to teach this and we have done some research in a few states and found many deals available at very low prices.
