I want to create a fun creative environment for all of us to get together to talk business, ask questions and build our networks For our first Meetup, I would like to host it at the current property I am Flipping!! 

Also the current rate environment has caused many buyers to pause, so there is opportunity for buyers to present without the distraction of multiple offers or competition. 

Maintenance is very low and so is vacancy, so even though the returns can be higher in the US, the environments (ghettos and warzones VS bustling city centres in Japan) makes the overhead and net profit worth it by far, from our perspective.

In his experience, there is a fairly small group of folks wiling to pay the extra cost for solar and rain water collection and he'll only do it as a custom project.He and I talked about doing a small subdivision out it Dripping Springs that had all homes wired and ready for all of the installs  but as of yet, the numbers just don't seem to work to do the installs in a spec environment.

The dry warm weather means that there will be a lot less maintenance issues than in a more wet environment.

Is it not a good cash flow environment?

I'm ready to leave the rough life of working my tail off in a very VERY DANGEROUS work environment making someone else rich to working my tail off to earn my financial freedom and mass wealth in the world of real estate!

I'm not sure if they go to Florida but I would give them a call.Lastly if you care about material waste and the environment they are better.
