That means they're there to lend their guidance--most good HMLs have extensive market experience and have seen a ton of deals of all shapes and sizes and know successful deals and red flags when they see them--and simply be there to communicate with you.

Communicate is the key!

Together we've increased transparency and communication with management, and worked out a plan to cut back on some community aesthetics for the year to cover everything and slowly rebuild margins without having to issue a special assessment.The people involved really can make or break any organization.

ITS MASS communicating so you have to send out massive amounts to get any results other wise your just wasting your time and money.But to get 4 calls thats pretty good response..

Tenant was two months behind on rent but had clear evidence of lost employment, communicated well about what they were doing to try and catch up or seek assistance, and made small payments every month to show they were trying.

They were more than happy to video walk throughs of each property and were excellent at communicating -- something that I highly value when investing out of state.
