The tenants left a voicemail, the investor's assistant sent a work order to the appropriate contractor, and the contractor communicated with the tenant directly to set up the appointment and address the issue. 

Has anyone else received unsolicited checks prior to any communication, and how did you respond?

If you are a Landlord who manages the property directly and if you are facing problems in communicating with your tenants in Spanish because they don't talk in english I'll do it for you free of charge.

Part of the problem is a communication issue.

It is all about communication and personal approach in this business because it is so competitive.

I gave her a small window since she communicated that she'd be sending it on the 5th and I appreciate that over the alternative, ducking my texts/calls.  

I'm not sure if he cancelled his account or if his account was revoked by the site.He has stopped communication with me with no resolution.Apparently, there is another attorney looking for him as well in addition to mine.

I had some trouble finding a title company but the auctioneer's office recommended a lawyer who I communicated with via email.

One tenant backed out after becoming non-communicative when I sent the lease and asked for the deposit.
