I hail from an earlier generation and though I've been using the functionality of the Internet and mobile data communications longer than most, it took me a while to adapt to how much the current generation relies on SMS messaging (aka texting) and just how ill at ease many of them seem in face-to-face conversation.

Like many dying industries, they refuse to adapt and will only stronghold their position into inevitable obsolescence. 

It's a tough business & you aren't getting anywhere without being able to adapt to less than perfect situations. 

I have seen that phrase commonly on other ads and have adapted it for my use.

If you are concerned about her ability to adapt to the technology needed to make the payments, just allow her to send checks.  

Depending on your needs one of the out-of-the-box solutions may be the best solution, as this central interface by it's nature is going to be more user friendly, but for others who have needs that do not fit into that box they may prefer the adaptability of the combination of Podio and third party tools such as Zapier.I would respectfully disagree with the statement that Podio is limited because it needs third party tools.

So by adapting to new laws I am not only giving my tenants a benefit, I am also increasing my tenant volume, I make a profit, I then invest in more properties.  

They will have to adapt, a natural business occurrence, or face tough times.

Remember that adaptation and flexibility are essential in navigating challenging markets.
