Lyndon B Johnson's "Guns and Butter" devasted the US economy.

The Denver market is extremely hot, and to find a good deal seems quite challenging (but I know it can be done).I was previously a personal banker, and have an extensive background in lending (including HELOCs - they were my bread and butter).
