You can stick your nose within six inches of their litter box and won't smell a thing.

The good news associated with this annoyance, @Jeff Parkin, is that it will muddy the water and make it more difficult to tell real from fake, which will eventually make it more possible to find deals lying right under your nose . . . on the open market.   

I know if I keep my nose to the grindstone I will find the property that may replace my "first property," the one that got away.. 

As @Michael Noto stated, sellers seem to turn their noses at FHA and USDA currently.

It is extra work, but if you need to get the unit filled and want to maximize rent, you can do it.I think some of us landlords, myself included, turn our noses up at high risk tenants.
