When you meet someone doing what you want to do and is very encouraging about the possibilities, it really makes you think and ask yourself, "what are you waiting for?".

Implying bait and switch is pretty bold, please provide specific examples OR possibly consider not implying this about a loan shop that you clearly don't know much about. 

If something breaks even now, what could it look like in that time period with rising rents, possible refinance if/when rates go down (lenders are offering these with no fees!)
