I have said it before lower end SFR the tenants live hard in the units and tend to have lots of life issues which they tend to take out on inanimate objects.This also applies to mid level to crime infested QUADS.   

The tenant they interviewed says her house is infested with rats, mice and cockroaches.

A house with a lot of promise and character has been overwhelmed by cat feces and was also condemned by the city due to roach infestation.
