I've been working really hard to regain my health and strength.  

Also, whatever i can do to help others in return i am very experienced in technology and the health an fitness fields!

I've lived and presently live where I can hear a train, but at night my brain seems to shut it out, knowing that it's not a threat, so I don't hear it and don't wake up from it. 

Not only does this free up capital for investment, but it keeps me lean and beholden to no part of lifestyle inflation.I have colleagues who are unwilling to quit their jobs or take measured investment risk because of the threat it poses to their lifestyle costs: homes, cars, vacations. 

If there is a security, health issue, or emergency issue, no problem.

A few weeks later they called the board of health on me.I review the items from board of health, and they are very ridiculous.Example, stain on the ceiling (need repair), the toilet seat is old and not smooth (need repair), tenant has no access to the basement, I don't post my contact information in the building ... etc.What is your opinion on this matter if you have encountered it in the past?

Motivation comes in many forms: retirement, health, divorce, burned out, bad partnership to name a few.  

Or this is new Health Department regulations?

If feeling bad for her effects your business decisions you are in the wrong business.Her health and past payment have nothing to do with making business decisions.

The building was a dump and a health risk and you had to be evicted.
