My college degree was in physics and chemistry, but i did have a minor in economics, I understand the value of a dollar, and I can do my own taxes, lol.I enjoy playing poker in my spare time, and was semipro for a little while (semipro = didn't get rich) and still belong to a private group of many close friends and high stakes players.

:lol: sorry josh, I wasn't trying to be nosy or anythingI belong to another private forum that uses php for their hosting, and although I dont' know their operating costs either, I did make a donation of ~$50 and a lot of other people donated some too and it's pretty much paid for keeping the site up.It sounds like things cost quite a bit more here.I will be happy to donate, although it may not be much since I am a poor student.

I belong to our local Reia and have yet to meet anyone who's even wholesaled a deal.Starting to wonder if wholesaling is a myth concocted by shrewd marketing experts.....

I suggest allowing more characters in the signiture line. I can not post my website because it it too long..I'm sure many other people are having the same issue.

I do have modifications on my 3 day notice to tell the tenant that they must get ALL their belongings out and that they must leave the property in a broom swept conditioni.
