Two possible outs:Financing denied, depends on Exactly how your financing contingency is worded....some have a cut off date to use the financing contingency.Appraisal comes in low...depends if you have a specific appraisal contingency, or not.

In general, commitment simply as a good deed in business isn't something you can rely on because people are here to make money, (not to say you can't find good people but remember you need someone that is successful and will give you time).Find a mentor and tell him that as long as he mentors you, he will get a cut in every deal you close.

When looking on a map you won’t know unless you know, or have a realtor show you on one of our maps that has the boundary marked on it.Running Springs area is pretty centrally located between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear and is a cute little town, but doesn’t have much to offer in the town itself.
