I see it all the time, whenever I give customers a tour, which I don't do very often as I don't monetize them, so it is hard to justify spending a lot of time that way.

So far all of their monetizing on the platform is through advertising. 

Not to mention most times that HOA fee covers lawn, snow and trash and guess what, I can monetize those in the rents, selling it as a FEATURE, so in truth it's not an added cost at all it's a transferred cost. 

Considering this, and the fact that I travel for work and cannot use it most of the time -- why not monetize it by using it to increase bookings? 

My thinking is that as I already paid for the land, why not monetize it to the max. 

I can monetize those by passing them to my realtor but that's not my main focus and not the big money maker.Should I ask them if I can provide a script that focuses more on motivated sellers with distressed properties?

Someone wants 10% interest rate, ok, I can make that work, BUT they need to take maybe an interest only payment for say 10yrs. yeah, i don't "own" the property but so what, I have CONTROL and say those interest only payments are $1k mnth and I can monetize it for $3k mnth, I'm happy. 

Moral of the story was that I should lock up property and at least try to monetize it, instead of just letting it go.

The aspect of monetizing it can happen many a way later; selling to buy a rental property, by then rent is up to where your Rent>PITI + expenses, etc.
