Third, working collaboratively with the seller proved to develop a stronger relationship than had we been competitive/combative, which helped us navigate big maintenance and vacancy issues.

I concur on eXp, but will add that we have an amazing network of investor agents that you can collaborate with via our Workplace Groups, so there are a vast array of resources available to you online including some training for investor agents.

He went to the extent of saying that it's good to have him as a collaborator than fighting him.I looked up city assessors website and both our lots DO NOT have shared driveway.

(This seems extreme to me but their approach during the whole scenario was “you hurt me so I hurt you” and does not bode well w me even after I attempted to engage in collaboration) Michael
