Am I looking at this the wrong way?

There is no timeframe for what you're looking for, until after you've found/made a deal...then you can say what it was.You're focusing on the wrong thing anyway. 

Don't get your shorts in a bunch if you get caught doing wrong on purpose.Regulations make good reading in the restroom at my house.

The bank doesn't get how much they are owed wrong, the seller does.

@Ashish Acharya correct me if I’m wrong on that...I think the OP is talking about non reimbursed work related expenses....against w-2 income only. 

@Matt BuroniI may be wrong in some things as I’m still trying to educate myself on the topic.

I’m not saying this post makes sense at all, I’m probably flat out wrong and missing so much info, so any words of wisdom from people who know what they’re talking about would be huge.

Look at the original post title it’s obviously wrong while totally ignoring that inventory is down 80%.

If someone can cash flow on this I need to know what I’m doing wrong because at $300k/door (and a huge property tax bill as a % of rent) I couldn’t make it work and I have the scale (2000 units within 10 miles of this one) that should make it easy. 

And occasionally, I am wrong about a person.
