I'd assume they would only insulate the exterior walls and crawl spaces.

NO towels hanging off anything. and a floral low profile plant on table.I had great planters outside by door.I kept tags on the towels and all accessories that I bought and took them back after photo's were done.The plants also.. 

Personally, I'd hang on to it for that 'next' house you mentioned.

So you need to remember to subtract that fee from your calculated max offer and hang there.   

We explained to her there was a button on the wall to open the garage door and she didn't need a remote to get out.  

As you know this area has always been pretty good and will continue those aggressive issues as long as the border is not cut out by putting up a wall.

(You should see some of the crap I get in the mail) MF investors typically aren't as easily found with their back against a wall.

We knocked out a couple walls in the kitchen and living room to open it up and due to the area, we used all high end materials.

I went through this great building that needs minimal work (sub $10k)...only issue is when you drive up to the front of the building the street is filled with people just "hanging around".
