They also provide extra eyes on the case file and alert me to items I may not catch (improper notifications, etc.) since they do 1000x as many reviews as me (and although I have some training, they are licensed to do so.)A foreclosure, after all, is part of a civil suit.

With tenants here an unlawful detainer action would take about a month or less, and sheriff would show up and I would be responsible for removing their belongings, boa foreclosed on this house back in 2010, which makes it odd the occupant is still there if it the original owner I would have their name, if someone ELSEB, would probably require a PI, TO DETERMINE WHO THE PERSON IN NEED TO SUIT FOR UNLAWFUL DETAINER..

Ideally you could create a pool to begin with (maybe even just use the existing pool of tenants) and compare against that for each new vacancy, rather than comparing against the new sample.Also...it is probably too complicated for most people to actually emulate.

It's a crazy scenario but if you have no skin in the game there is nothing really tying you to the property other than a perceived future profit, which may or may not come to pass.Now, having said that, after a few deals are under your belt with that lender I bet things could change to better suit your needs :)Regards, Lenny
